本论文以中国澄迈县为例,探讨了城市化进程中农村留守妇女的就业困境。
首先,本研究分析了留守妇女面临的主要就业机会和障碍,包括教育限制、薪酬
问题、社会支持不足以及性别和文化因素。其次,提出了一系列政策和措施,包
括提高教育水平、扩展就业机会和提高收入公平,以帮助留守妇女改善就业前景。
最后,强调了政府、社会组织和社会各界的协同努力的重要性,以实现更加公平
和包容的就业环境,促进社会和经济的可持续发展。

Abstract
This paper, using Chengmai County in China as a case study, explores the
employment challenges faced by rural left-behind women in the process of
urbanization. Firstly, we analyze the primary employment opportunities and obstacles
encountered by left-behind women, including educational constraints, wage issues,
insufficient social support, and gender and cultural factors. Secondly, we propose a
series of policies and measures to help improve the employment prospects of
left-behind women, including enhancing educational levels, expanding job
opportunities, and promoting income fairness. Finally, we emphasize the importance
of collaborative efforts among the government, social organizations, and the wider
society to create a more equitable and inclusive employment environment and
promote sustainable social and economic development.
